In this review, we took a look at Windscribe, a Canadian VPN that was founded in 2016. Windscribe has a strong commitment to privacy, open-source technology, and the software is simple and easy to use. Using AES-256 encryption, Windscribe supports you in connecting as many devices as you want at the same time. It provides users with two tools to be better protected while using the internet, R.O.B.E.R.T. (blocks ads and malware) and split tunneling. Windscribe has clients available for all major platforms, unblocks popular streaming sites, supports many protocols, and offers users the ability to create a custom plan. The free plan offers users 10 GB of data each month (can be increased to 15 GB if you tweet about it), access to servers in 10 countries, and there are no ads or activity logs. The goal of Windscribe is to enable users to bypass censorship, stay anonymous online, or access content that is only available in specific areas. Along with some good servers, good privacy practices, and acceptable speeds, Windscribe is one of the most generous and privacy-focused VPNs today.
